Business Development

– Close follow up with other potential and existing customers to maintain, grow and secure more business.
– Order Receiving and handling
– Discussing with customers about Delivery schedule, new items, price
– Cooperation with related department: Production control, Design, Production and QA
– Following delivery schedule and issuing delivery instruction
– After delivery handling (customer feedback, payment,…)
– Checking with customer about market, demand and estimation
– Work closely with departments within the company, e.g. sea/air operations and accounting to provide a satisfying service to our customers. business development.
– Regular updates of market intelligence, quotations, presentations, concepts, etc.

– Searching, establishing and maintaining good relationships with customers
– Consulting and answering customer inquiries, customer care by phone

General Requires:

– Education: University/Bachelor, Diploma at related field
